Step 1. Registration and Application
To register to apply to Unity4 you will need:
An email address
To apply to Unity4 you will need to answer a series of questions about your home office set up, skills, education, and employment history.
Step 2. Assessment
Unity4 Assess is a specially designed process where we test your skills that are relevant to the role that that you are applying for.
The tests you will be asked to complete may cover areas such as computer skills, reasoning problems, behavioural questions and voice testing.
Step 3. Interview
A member of the Human Resource Department will call you to conduct an interview over the phone. Unity4 uses Competency and Behavioural Based Interviewing when selecting our team. We’ll ask you questions based on the key competencies of the role and request you give specific examples from your past experiences.
Step 4. Set up
You will be required to set the remote agent software. You will be directed to web links to view the installation and will have access to web files. Don’t worry this will not interfere with your computer and has been designed to be really simple to install.
Step 5. Training
You will need to undergo software training and testing. All of the training and testing that you will need to complete is delivered online. There are a series of modules for each of the applications that you will use. For each one you must view a training module and then complete a short assessment. You are able to undertake the online training at your own pace so that you can sit through all the modules or complete what you can and come back later.
If you do not get through a module you can re-sit it.
Step 6. Go Live
When you have completed all above steps you will then be assigned your unique User ID to access your workflow from Unity4. You will receive a call from HR and then you are ready to get started working with Unity4. Let’s go!
