Dan Turner: Managing Director Dan is a founding partner of Unity4 and has had 12 years' experience managing clients' customer contact needs. His call centre and database marketing experience includes the Panadol recall in 2000, Energy Australia, Westpac / Cap Gemini Ernst Young, ReMark Asia Pacific and their partners ANZ, Citicorp, and Samsung (South Korea). More recently, Dan has focused on the pharmaceutical industry and works with Roche Products, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Schering Plough, Galderma and CSL. Dan is responsible for assisting Unity4's clients from a strategic and logistical perspective. He works strategically with our clients to design solutions that add value to their marketing plans. Dan has in-depth experience of delivering solutions for highly regulated and ethical marketing environs such as the Pharmaceutical and Finance markets. Simon Strachan: General Manager Simon is co-founder and General Manager of Unity4. He brings 10 years of direct marketing experience to the team with the hands-on management of over 400 inbound and outbound teleservice campaigns. Starting his career in sales in the events industry, his strong results quickly led to him running and training sales teams to promote seminars, corporate events and conferences. Prior to Unity4 he worked at Salmat Teleservices, undertaking roles in call centre administration and account management where he was responsible for the design and management of CRM programs. Peter Slater: Director of Business Development Peter Slater is our Business Development Director. With over 15 years of contact centre and direct marketing service experience with Australia's leading businesses, Peter is one of Australia's foremost 'outsourced teleservice' specialists. Peter's specialty is working with clients across business sectors to develop and interpret their strategic directions, and then to tailor service solutions to support them and add value. Clients benefit from cost effective approaches, the knowledge for which can only be drawn from years of managing "like" requirements across all client business sectors. Matthew Fox: Director and Manager of Information Technology Matthew is the Chief Architect and Manager of Unity4's Rapport™ customer interaction technology platform. Since 1993, Matthew has been a leader in the industry, driving the development of technologies that enable better communication. Matthew's role is to develop and manage Unity4's technological capabilities, ensuring that we meet current and emerging client requirements. Matthew's experience means that the technology behind the services we provide raises the standard of the marketing services industry. Rochelle Hoskins: Human Resources Manager Rochelle earned a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management and is responsible for the strategic and functional development of the Human Resource systems and capabilities that drive and enable Unity4. Additionally Rochelle is responsible for the design, implementation and accreditation of 'U4RMS', Unity4's total quality management system that is recognised with ISO 9001:2000 certification. | |
