Matthew is the Chief Architect and Manager of Unity4's Rapport customer interaction
technology platform.
Since 1993, Matthew has been a leader in the industry, driving the development of
technologies that enable better communication. Matthew's role is to develop and
manage Unity4's technological capabilities, ensuring that we meet current and emerging
client requirements. Matthew's experience means that the technology behind the services
we provide raises the standard of the marketing services industry.

Rochelle Hoskins:Human Resources Manager

Rochelle earned a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management and
is responsible for the strategic and functional development of the Human Resource
systems and capabilities that drive and enable Unity4.
Additionally Rochelle is responsible for the design, implementation and accreditation
of 'U4RMS', Unity4's total quality management system that is recognised with ISO
9001:2000 certification.
