Unity4 Brings Cloud based Contact Centre business to Canada

Sydney February 1st 2016 – Unity4, one of the world’s most advanced at-home contact centre outsourcers and technology providers today announced it was expanding into the Canadian market, with a goal of replicating its market success in Australia, the UK and New Zealand.

In the short term we are targeting potential employees in British Columbia and Ontario but longer term we expect to recruit from all over the country, all working from home, as and when it suits them.  We have signed our first clients and are confident that many more Canadian companies with a need for innovative, cost effective contact centre services and tools will come on board in the coming months.”
