Dan Turner

Dan is a true iconoclast to the call centre industry. His radical vision of changing the way call centres are structured for both staff and clients alike gave rise to the development of Unity4 Australia’s largest 100% at home contact centre.

In 2000 people forget how undeveloped the Internet really was with the majority of users still on 56k dial up. He and his partners set about creating the technology began the business in 2000 and today, Unity4 provides call centre services to many of the world’s leading companies and organisations. He has steered Unity4′s outstanding year on year growth with the company now numbering several hundred employees.

Today, he is considered a pioneer in driving the at home agent space through harnessing the power of cloud computing, He provides advise to industry and goverment on teleworking and technology.


Matthew Fox

Matthew is the Chief Architect and Engineer of Unity4′s RapportCMS technology platform.
Since 1993, Matthew has been a leader in the industry, driving the development of technologies that enable better communication. Matthew’s role is to develop and manage Unity4′s technological capabilities, ensuring that we meet current and emerging client requirements. Matt is a co-founder of Unity4 and ensures innovation is at the heart of everything we do.


Mark Vaughan

Mark’s has had an extensive career in marketing and advertising as well as piloting a number of start-ups to profitability and eventual trade sale.

Mark began his career at P&G  before beginning his distinguished career in advertising . He worked for Publicis Mojo as a partner as well as working overseas for Saatchi and Saatchi in London and Grey advertising across Europe.

Mark then went on to found and be the major shareholder in his own agency group which included Ursa Communications,  and Channel5 which have recently been sold to Clemenger BBDO. Mark was also a seed funder in Unity4, Australia’s largest at home call centre and its technology offshoot Rapport which provides cloud based call centre technology to Australian business.

Since 2010 Mark has been the executive Chairman of Unity4 and sits on the management group on a day to day basis. Mark has been instrumental in driving the strategy and implementation of the UK operations as well as overseeing the finance function in Australia.


Rochelle Hoskins

Rochelle earned a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management and is responsible for the strategic and functional development of the Human Resource systems and capabilities that drive and enable Unity4.

Rochelle runs a diverse HR team covering recruitment, payroll and compliance as well as coaching and team leading. She is responsible for the deployment of our agents through scheduling and works across markets to ensure consistency of approach.


Steve Sparkes

After starting his career in the Royal Australian Navy specialising in Electronic Communications, Steve has held a variety of senior positions in the IT industry including A/P Director of Technical Support for Hitachi Data Systems, General Manager Network Integration at Techway, ANZ Vice President of Global Infrastructure Services at CSC, Managing Director of Security Mail and most recently, Managing Director of UCMS Solutions. His key responsibility with the Group is to develop and grow the channels and key partnerships.


Craig Boorman

Since first joining Vodafone Australia in 1994, Craig has been active in the contact centre industry. Working within Vodafone, he evolved existing technologies and sought new solutions to deliver the required business outcomes. After Vodafone, Craig joined Damovo (now Telstra Business Systems) as part of the large scale solution implementations team, initially as a Solution Consultant before taking on an Account Executive role.
Most recently as Regional Sales Manager for UCMS Solutions, Craig sold a variety of leading edge technology solutions to some of Australia largest companies. Craig’s experience as a user as well as supplier of highly complex, technology based systems, allows him a unique insight into the needs of our customers.


Renee Beck

Renee brings a depth of experience to her role as Client Service Director and has been with Unity4 since 2006. She has worked across the spectrum of tasks within the call centre setting from operator right through to the management position she holds today. Her experience includes many of Australia’s leading outsourcers where she has worked on many complex and demanding campaigns. Having also worked on the client side she understands first hand what her clients require.

Today, Renee brings her experience to bear across the Unity4 group and spearheads our client service team.


Steve Morris

Steve has been UK Business Manager since July 2011. Prior to this he worked for one of the world’s leading insurance and risk management companies, Aon Ltd, for over 20 years. At Aon his primary responsibilities involved Account Management and Business Development for UK, European and Global businesses.
