The challenge:
Prompt existing / lapsed customers to renew their subscription.

Methodology
Unity4 were supplied with a list of companies who had not renewed their subscription, and contacted decision makers in these companies. The main aim was to reinforce the offer to renew their subscription and get agreement to receive a quote. Secondly, there was a task to update current contact details at the supplied companies.

Agents that were selected for the campaign had a minimum of 2 years' experience on the Unity4 team and had undertaken previous campaigns for this client – enabling them to speak confidently about the products and services of the company.

Customers who did not receive, or recall receiving information about the offer were given the opportunity to receive this via email or mail. Resends of information was handled by Unity4.

Results
More than 20% of the supplied database responded positively to the phone call and agreed to receive a quote from the client or from one of the client’s preferred resellers. A further 8% were identified as new contacts or decision makers and agreed to receive information regarding the offer. Resultant sales were far in excess of expectations and prompted our client to undertake the project on an ongoing basis.
