Our service dealings are open and honest, as we find that this style of partnership
fosters a learning environment within which we can work together to improve how
we conduct your requirements. Upon receipt of the acceptance section of this Service
Agreement, a Unity4 Project Manager is appointed to implement, execute and manage
your service requirements. This Project Manager is the primary day to day contact
and responsible for communicating on a regular basis with you, your own team members
and your Unity4 Telemarketing team.
The Unity4 Project Manager's role is to approach your needs taking into account
:

Scheduling:
We work with you to map out your program requirements, predict when you will experience
the highest volumes, and provide sufficient resources to best make your calls. Superior
resource management is where our consistently high service level begins.

Scripting:
With years of teleservice experience, we can help you draft and refine your agent
scripts for maximum effectiveness. We can also quickly identify areas in which scripts
are failing, and we make a commitment to process any change request you make in
less than a day.

Statistics:
What is your conversion ratio? Where is your offer performing best? What custom
reports can we create to help you get the most value out of your program? Knowledge
is power, and power yields results. Your Project Manager will work with you to ensure
that the format in which you receive your reports can be used by you to lock in
learnings and analyse results.

Communication:
As a matter of course, we conduct regular 'work in progress' meetings with your
team. These are used to review formally our performance and to plan upcoming events
or changes. These minuted meetings become a central reference point to the progress
of the service, and the management and resolution of challenges as they arise.

Your Project Manager will then select the appropriately skilled team members to
be participants on your behalf and conduct the on line project training with them
prior to calls commencing.
Unlike our competitors, the appointment of your Project Manager will not mean that
you will no longer enjoy the involvement of our senior management team. They will
continue to have regular contact and will maintain a watching brief on your requirements.
In some cases, our clients ask that we attend regular marketing planning meetings
with their team and their agencies.
