Dan has been leader in the Australian call centre industry for nearly 20 years. His radical vision of changing the way call centres are structured for both staff and clients alike gave rise to the development of Unity4.
Over the past 17 years Dan has steered Unity4’s outstanding year on year growth as well as managing its global expansion.
Matthew is the Chief Architect and Engineer of Unity4’s RapportCMS technology platform. Since 1993, Matthew has been a leader in the industry, driving the development of technologies that enable better communication.
Matthew’s role is to develop and manage Unity4’s technological capabilities, ensuring that we meet current and emerging client requirements.
Mark has had an extensive career in marketing and advertising as well as piloting a number of start-ups to profitability and eventual trade sale. Mark is one of the founders of Unity4.
Mark began his career at P&G before commencing his distinguished career in advertising. He worked for Publicis Mojo as a partner as well as working overseas for Saatchi & Saatchi in London and Grey advertising across Europe.
Mark has recently been consulting in Behavioural Economics and brings this lens to ensure Unity4 scripts follow the latest science.
Since first joining Vodafone Australia in 1994, Craig has been active in the contact centre industry. Working within Vodafone, he evolved existing technologies and sought new solutions to deliver the required business outcomes. After Vodafone, Craig joined Damovo (now Telstra Business Systems) as part of the large scale solution implementations team, initially as a Solution Consultant before taking on an Account Executive role. Most recently as Regional Sales Manager for UCMS Solutions, Craig sold a variety of leading edge technology solutions to some of Australia largest companies.
Craig’s experience as a user as well as supplier of highly complex, technology based systems, allows him a unique insight into the needs of our customers.
Renee brings a wealth of experience to her role as General Manager having been with Unity4 since 2006. She has worked across all areas of call centre management, through to the leadership position she holds today. Her experience includes many of Australia’s leading outsourcers where she has worked on many complex and demanding campaigns. Having also worked on the client side she understands first hand what Unity4’s clients require.
Daniel started with Unity4 in early 2015. As well as over 8 years of successful business development and commercial sales experience, Daniel has worked for three of New Zealand’s largest businesses in senior marketing and management positions and has a solid understanding of how to operate from a clients’ perspective.
Daniel looks after Business Development for Unity4 and is the first point of contact for any new clients. His role includes introducing the Unity4 business to prospective clients in all markets, and exploring how Unity4 is able to work together to help achieve their growth and retention goals.
Steve has been UK General Manager since July 2011. Prior to this he worked for one of the world’s leading insurance and risk management companies, Aon Ltd, for over 20 years. At Aon his primary responsibilities involved Account Management and Business Development for UK, European and Global businesses.
Andrew joined Unity4 in January 2007 and began working closely with the remote agent leadership, operations, human resources and client service teams. Andrew’s clear understanding of Unity4’s technology and previous call centre industry experience aided in the successful launch of Unity4 operations in the United Kingdom, New Zealand & Canada.
Today, Andrew leads technology R&D projects to further improve our products and services for its users.
