Unity4 brings cloud based Contact Centre business to Canada

Sydney February 1st 2016 – Unity4, one of the world’s most advanced at-home contact centre outsourcers and technology providers today announced it was expanding into the Canadian market, with a goal of replicating its market success in Australia, the UK and New Zealand.

“This is a very exciting development for Unity4 and the next logical step for us given our desire to be a major player across the North American geography explained Daniel Turner, Unity4’s CEO. Last year we grew our revenues by over 30% across Australia, the UK and New Zealand and have brought our proven work from home model powered by our leading cloud based contact centre technology to Canada.

“Recruitment is well underway. In the short term we are targeting potential employees in British Columbia and Ontario but longer term we expect to recruit from all over the country, all working from home, as and when it suits them. We have signed our first clients and are confident that many more Canadian companies with a need for innovative, cost effective contact centre services and tools will come on board in the coming months.”

Unity4 has a large portfolio of international clients across both the contact centre outsourcing and the contact centre technology solution space. Unity4’s clients can choose where they fit on a continuum; from full outsourcing of all contact centre processes including the provision of agents to its polar opposite, more effectively managing their own contact centre via the power of the RapportCMS software.

The advantages of Unity4 are many, Turner explains.

“In the technology space customers can reduce their capital and maintenance costs, because they no longer have to buy expensive hardware or software, and pay only for what they use. While this reduces outlay, it doesn’t comprise on security, reporting or flexibility.”
